She has been married to her teenage sweetheart since 1991. Born in the heart of Kentucky, Shiloh’s journey into literature began at the tender age of six. Nevertheless, it was during her middle school years when she started leaning toward writing, perhaps thanks to a monotonous teacher that sparked her creativity.
Furthermore, she is a dedicated, former nurse. Interestingly during her nursing school days, a friend, unaware of Shiloh’s passion for writing, dreamt of seeing a book with Shiloh’s name on it. This arguably ‘prophetic’ dream propelled her on a path of full-time writing, starting 2004.
Shiloh Walker’s Unique Writing Style
Shiloh’s literary preferences border on the paranormal, and fantasy genres, but romance undoubtedly forms the core of her works. Her love for novels first blossomed upon reading the charming and delightful novel, ‘Bunnicula’. From there, her taste progressed to include more serious vampire novels.
As her children matured and her husband’s demands for her time increased, Shiloh found solace and accomplishment in immersing herself into her writing, all of which enrich her awe-inspiring and unique writing style.
