In addition to corporate work, Laurie engaged in freelance writing for multiple newspapers and magazines, honing her unique voice and narrative style. Apart from her writing endeavors, some of her interests include reading, dancing, hiking, baking, practicing yoga, watching movies, spending time at the beach, and enjoying quality time with her family and her pet dog.
