Laurie pursued her passion for literature at the prestigious Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Further enhancing her world view, she continued her studies at the Sorbonne in Paris, France. She later ventured into the advertising industry, leveraging her creative flair in this dynamic field for many years.
In addition to corporate work, Laurie engaged in freelance writing for multiple newspapers and magazines, honing her unique voice and narrative style. Apart from her writing endeavors, some of her interests include reading, dancing, hiking, baking, practicing yoga, watching movies, spending time at the beach, and enjoying quality time with her family and her pet dog.
Residing in Miami, Florida with her two children, Laurie often participates in school presentations across the U.S., sharing her creative process and inspiring budding authors.
